What we collect
- Identity and travel information you provide when completing an arrival card or entry declaration: name, date of birth, nationality, passport details, flight or travel details, and accommodation address.
- Contact information: email address and, where provided, phone number, used to send confirmations and respond to support requests.
- Payment information, processed by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site working correctly. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Why we process it
We process your data to review and submit your arrival card or entry declaration to the relevant destination authority, to communicate with you about your application, to process payment, to provide support, and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations. The legal basis is performance of the contract you enter into when you submit an application, together with our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and providing support.
Who we share it with
To file your application we must share the relevant travel and identity details with the destination country's immigration or customs authority — that is the purpose of the service. We also share limited data with payment processors and IT service providers who act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain application data for as long as necessary to provide the service, support you afterward, and meet legal, tax, and accounting retention requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) or your own country's equivalent regulator. International transfers
Because arrival cards and entry declarations are, by nature, submitted to authorities outside Poland, your data will be transferred to the destination country's immigration or customs systems as part of fulfilling your application. Any other transfer outside the European Economic Area is made with appropriate safeguards in place.
