Who we are
TravelDeclaration.com is operated by PASSPORTA Sp. z o.o., ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 2, 40-082 Katowice, Poland (KRS 0001150100). We are an independent filing assistance service. We are not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or law firm, and we are not affiliated with any of them.
The service
We help you complete and submit the digital arrival card, entry declaration, or similar travel document required by your destination. This involves: collecting your information through our form, checking it against the destination's published requirements, a human review before submission, and filing it through the relevant official channel once your destination's filing window opens. Every destination we cover also offers a free official government portal, linked from that destination's page, which you're welcome to use directly instead.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information, including passport details, travel dates, and accommodation information. We check your submission for common errors, but we rely on the accuracy of what you give us — we cannot verify facts we have no way of independently confirming (such as your onward travel plans).
Pricing and payment
Our fee is shown before you pay and covers our verification and filing service. Where a destination charges its own government fee, that is shown separately and is passed on to the relevant authority. Payment is due at the time you submit your application for review.
Review and filing
A human reviewer checks every application before submission. If we identify an issue that prevents us from filing (for example, information that doesn't match your passport), we'll contact you to resolve it before proceeding. We file each application once the destination's official window opens, and we are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by the destination authority's own systems or decisions.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for decisions made by any immigration, customs, or border authority, including refusal of entry, and we are not responsible for delays caused by government systems outside our control. Our liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the fee you paid us for that application.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
