Refund Policy

When you're eligible for a full or partial refund, and how the 14-day withdrawal right applies to our service.

Last updated: September 2026. This policy reflects the refund terms honored by Passporta for applications filed through TravelDeclaration.com.

Full refund

You receive a full refund of our service fee when:

Partial refund — before submission

If work on your application has begun but it has not yet been submitted to the destination authority, we refund 100% of any government fee paid and 50% of our service fee, reflecting the review work already completed. The remaining 50% of the service fee is retained.

After submission

Once your application has been submitted to the relevant immigration or customs authority, the service has been fully performed and the fee is no longer refundable — this applies even within the 14-day period described below, because submission normally happens well before then.

Your statutory 14-day withdrawal right

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. By submitting your application for review, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate start of the service, and you accept that this right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed — in practice, once your application has been submitted to the authority. Before submission, withdrawing follows the partial-refund terms above.

How to request a refund

Contact us through Contact support with your Application ID. Refunds, where due, are processed within 14 days of approval, to the original payment method. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.

Government fees

Where a destination charges its own government fee, that portion is generally non-refundable once paid to the authority, except where the authority itself issues a refund back to us.
